I´m German for us bread needs to come in all sizes and shapes, all day every day. Being abroad and not having our beloved bread is a torture. I have to say no one really no one bakes bread like Germans. There are even countries like Sweden where bread is baked with sugar……gross.
So here you go with the easy German style, the sourdough bread follows later.
What you need:
400 g spelt flour
350 g rye flour
200 g seeds (sun flower, pumpkin and/or walnut)
400 ml warm water
50 g yeast
1 ½ Tablespoon salt
