If there is one thing on earth I can never get enough of its chocolate. I always get creative to not just eat a dark chocolate bar. That´s way I will show you an easy and fast ice cream dream of chocolate today.

What you need:

1 till 20 very ripe bananas

2 till 40 tablespoons of cocoa powder

How you do it:

First you need really ripe bananas. I always have a look out for them in the store, as they mostly sell them cheaper. They can be black, even better.

Small tip: Now it depends how lazy you are. You can either be super lazy and throw the black bananas in the freezer with the peel on or you can peel the bananas before and chop them in smaller pieces. You can store the bananas in the freezer for ever, that´s the way I always have the ingredients at home to prepare myself a chocolate flash whenever I need one.

Freeze the bananas overnight. Peel or take some of the chopped pieces. Let the bananas defreeze a bit. Put the pieces in a blender, add the cocoa powder. Try it after a minute of bending and add more if you want more chocolate taste. I don´t add sugar, but if you would like go ahead.

Now you can enjoy your fresh and self-made ice cream. If you prep it for a party, just put it back into the freezer and get back to it later.

Small tip: You can put the ice cream into popsicles too. I´m honest with you, my ice cream never made it to that stage….
